5. Working station positioner: It is designed with two sets of working table. Single table could achieve 3600rotation which is suitable for multi-angle welding. Two sets of positioner system could achieve 180°rotation through spindle motor. It could achieve alternative use so as to increase efficiency.
6. Work piece clamping system: the cylinders will push and clamp the work piece. Balanced and stable clamping force.
7. Arc light baffle: cylinder pushes automatic rotation. Use for preventing light pollution during working process.
8. Start control panel system: Manual/Automatic button platform with portable structure. Convenient for operation.
CONTROLLER SYSTEM
The robot can optimize the speed according to the actual load so as to shorten the operation cycle time.
1. The robot can detect self moving and loading condition according to the built-in service information system so as to provide optimized service requirement. Longer continuous working period.
2. Embedded controller can control 6-8 axis. The operating rate could reach 500MIPS with high speed motion control fieldbus. Be able to achieve continuous trajectory teaching and on-line teaching. Equipped with remote control and diagnostic function.
3. Overall consideration of the external force such as gravity, centrifugal force, etc, in the process of robot movement, use adaptive identification control technology to improve dynamic performance of the robot.
